Welcome to the tools and stuff page. I am often asked about the tools and the resources I use each and every day to grow our businesses. This industry is quite simple if we make it that way for ourselves, and having the right tools that make our life easier is part of that. No fluff, no recommending poor products, just the facts on what is and is not working and useful.
Below you will find information on products that I use everyday. If I don’t use it in my business, I don’t tell you about it. And for the sake of complete honesty, in some cases I may make Affiliate Commissions from these products (I also offer many FREE products and solutions where practical – and this helps keep our costs down. Payment Facilitators
There are a couple of main service providers for Internet Marketing. AlertPay is more friendly to our industry, as PayPal can freeze your account and all of your funds on a whim.
This is a very user friendly provider, and allows network marketers to use it openly without question. You can also earn commissions for others that enroll from you referrals (like me!).
Autoresponders
Autoresponders are the life blood to starting any list – and a good one makes life much easier and can be the difference between getting your email delivered or hitting the spam folder. Free autoresponders are an option – but your LIST is critical and it is one cost that is worth incurring so that you contain full control of it. The charges generally increase as the size of your list does, but by that stage you should be getting a good return from the list to easily cover that cost – if not ask me for advice to make sure it does!
In my opinion this is the market leader. A good autoresponder is necessary to build relationships with your potential customers by being able to send emails to them. Just be aware that there is a standard monthly access charge, and then as your list increases past certain quota’s the fee will increase.

Something I believe will be the way of the future is video email, and for the best quality Video Autoresponder I would not go past this. There are some great video emailers listed below, and some of them are free (but generally have costs to upgrade, private label etc), but if you want the automated autoresponder advantage so you can set and forget your standard emails, then this is definitely the way to go. Also I have found with the other free one’s that when you want the upgraded features it costs more than what it would have to start here in the first place.

This is a great emailer and one of the originals! The good thing about this is that it is free and you can earn credits so that you can email others. There is also a paid option to reach a larger audience and to avoid the need to review emails for credits. Word of advice, open a new Gmail account when you subscribe so that your inbox doesn’t get full and remember you are there to promote yourself and your products – not to be everyone else’s!
Sweeva is one of the newer traffic exchanges. It again has a free and paid opportunity. One of the fantastic things about Sweeva is people earn credits and bonuses for critiquing your splash page – so you get people actually taking the time to read and review your site.
This is the follow up site to Viral Url and has been very successful for me. It also has hosting options and is Viral URL with a number of added features. Just remember the tip for List Joe – set up a separate Gmail address as your receiving address for all the emails. Also be pre-warned, when you join for free there are a number of once only upgrade offers – if you want to the paid version grab them – but if you don’t you can always go back and re-join at a later date with a new email address when you are ready for them!
This was the first emailer I ever used and the first dollar I earned on the internet came from here. Use the tips above when signing up – but this is a great free source of promotion.
